"The toilet paper roll holder was broken. Paint was chipping off of the ceiling. The cabinet/closet was broken. There were no hairdryer nor an Iron. Which I thought was the standard everywhere. I had to keep asking the reception for bath towels. They just seemed very unprofessional. Overall just bad experience. I would like my money back. I have pictures to show for proof. "

"Beware of this hotel. I booked via hotel.com. Paid the price before hand and when I arrived, I was told that I don’t have any reservations. When I showed the booking confirmation, the reception said they can’t see it on their end. I was scammed although I was very alert. Beware. Never pay online. Always pay upfront."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. "I had an exceptional 6-night stay at Hotel Yamama in Yanbu. The overall experience was remarkable. The reception staff, especially the manager Mr. Muhammad, were incredibly friendly and supportive, always making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The room amenities were excellent. The air conditioner was quiet and efficient, and the lighting was perfect, with plenty of options to create a comfortable atmosphere. The TV was ideal for relaxation, and the bed was very comfortable....

"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "
