"The house is beautiful, cozy, and even nicer than the photos. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. All rooms have AC and ceiling fans, all working perfectly. "I got a room here VERY last minute. The check-in process was extremely easy; they sent you directions to your phone. Then the people at the front desk are very kind and helpful. They took their time to explain the directions we were sent as well. The room itself was extremely clean and comfortable. I could hear the guests next door, but that did not bother me. Overall 10/10 experience. I can't wait to go back!"

Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. "
