The only thing I’d add is that the cleaners don’t come everyday to change towels and clean the bin. Our bin would be full by the end of the day due to using apartment and having a baby. Overall the place is lovely, the area is perfect can see the beach opposite from the hotel."

"Hotel amazing great facilities. Toilets round pool area many did not have door locks or were smashed glass which was not I. Keeping with the rest of the hotel . Unfortunately not all bar and restaurant staff were polite and were quite rude which when working in hospitality is disappointing as all other staff amazing and welcoming and helpful. Duty manager Miriam was amazing . Despite some of the staffs attitude would still return as had a brilliant holiday."

The accommodation is a good mix between a no-frills apartment and a hotel room, which worked really well for a self-catering getaway. The pool area is lovely, although the sun loungers could get quite crowded at busier times. Breakfast had a good selection with plenty to choose from. There was also entertainment for around an hour each evening, which we liked — enough to give the hotel a bit of atmosphere without it feeling too busy or noisy. Overall, a really good base for a relaxed, self-catering holiday and we’d happily stay again."

"The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the shower and bath had good pressure and temperature. The location of the hotel was perfect, away from the high-traffic tourist areas but still only a few minutes away from local beaches, shops and restaurants. Our favorite part was having drinks and relaxing by the pool. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet had a good variety to chose from. Made to order egg omelets, fried eggs, crepes and waffles, plenty of fruits, juices, pastries, etc. as you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come back without hesitation. Now the minor things which I would improve: Toilet paper is the thinnest kind - I would expect something a bit more premium. The strawberries in cocktails and topping for crepes are frozen, I would expect fresh strawberries. The tv in our room didn’t have streaming apps and chromecast didn’t work / password wasn’t in the room. The elevators were dated, especially the one to the parking garage, it would open doors multiple times and drop a bit when a person would get in. The live music was great but ran a bit late for my liking, (until 11pm) ."
