"The staff were all amazing (except for one member of the wait staff at breakfast who got really annoyed if you ordered a latte at breakfast instead of a regular coffee.) Otherwise nothing was too much trouble. Our sea view room was great, clean good size and a lovely bathroom. The buffet selection was good but the quality of the food was average. The pool are was fabulous."

"Overall great experience. Hotel is quite beautiful and maintained. Staff were amazing! From the bartenders; (TB, Ramon, Johnathon, Valentino, Jesus), to wait staff; ( Jose, Millie, Elena, and so many more), and the hostess Nathalie Concierge Toni was very informative and helpful We found the Mosaic Restaurant food to be very monotonous as the main Buffett. As we booked all inclusive package, we were still limited to the other restaurants and premium beverages. Our beautiful oceanfront one bedroom suite was stunning and clean. The distance to the beach was a disappointment but they did have a shuttle service once a day As a final note, we would have preferred to have had more access to the other restaurants despite purchasing the all inclusive package with upgrades "

"We had a sea view room.The cleaning staff were excellent,as were the whole of the staff.The pools wer e similarly excellent and very well kept ,clean and tidy.Our room was of a very good size,particularly if you compare it to other hotels"

"My stay at GF Gran Costa Adeje was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and perfectly located in Costa Adeje—just a short walk from great beaches, restaurants, and shops. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and the pool areas were stunning with plenty of space to relax. The food was also excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options at every meal. Overall, it was a truly relaxing and luxurious stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tenerife. I would definitely return."

"Despite arriving quite late due to airport delays, the team were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, which was such a relief after a long day of travel. They had thoughtfully set up a travel cot in our room for our little one before we arrived, which we really appreciated and made settling in so much easier after the journey. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a very relaxed and stylish feel throughout. Our room was lovely—spacious, very comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options, with plenty to choose from and everything we tried being really fresh and enjoyable. Overall, the warm hospitality, great surroundings, and thoughtful touches made for a really enjoyable stay. We’d highly recommend Baobab Suites."

"We had a delightful stay at Tivoli. The rooms are beautiful,much more spacious than they appear in the photos on the website. We were especially happy with the comfortable beds and the excellent shower and bath. Breakfast was lovely with a great variety of options, and overall the experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here. The only slight downside was that while late check-out is offered when available, it comes at quite a high rate of €18 per hour."

"Wonderful wintersun retreat overlooking costa adeje. We were happy we chose to stay in this area rather than La Caleta as its buzzier, has more restaurants options and lies directly on the nicest bit of the promenade (access via 5min down/uphill walk). Hotel did not feel busy at any point, and sunloungers were plenty. Was particularly impressed by the thoughtfulness of the staff, who left a free bottle of wine in our room after a few nights with noisy neighbors next door. Only a shame that they had cordonned off an area of the garden in front of our room, which somehow limited the sea views we could have had."
