Ei vastinetta rahalle!

Huoneisto suoraan 80-luvun alusta, todella kulahtaneet paikat. Hankala lasten kanssa kahdessa huoneet kerroksessa joiden välillä pitkä portaikko. Siivous, vain roskapussi en vaihto. Mistään ei löytynyt luvattua lukollista säilytyslokeroa. Mikroa jäimme myös kaipaamaan. Kylpyhuoneessa oli 3 pientä "näytepussia" suihkugeeliä.

günstig aber doch durchaus akzeptabel

ein guenstiger aufenthalt mit ausgezeichneten moeglichkeiten. es ist keine luxusunterkunft, aber das haben wir auch nicht erwartet. die apartments sind dem hotel atlantic angeschlossen, dass sich ca 200 mtr entfernt befindet. dort gibt es fruehstueck und pool. die unterkunft selbst ist trotz kleiner bewirtung und geschaeften im innenhof ueberraschend ruhig. die zimmer ( 2. etage) sind sauber und gut eingerichtet. stabile klappbetten an der wand koennen 2 weitere personen aufnehmen. die hauptbetten im schlafzimmer sind allerdings in alle richtungen "ausgeleiert". fuer einige naechte gteht das aber. wir empfehlen den kleinen aufpreis fuer die strassenseite mit meerblick. die "hintere" reihe hat blick auf unsere eingangstuer... :) jede menge lokale und shops in der naehe, aber keine laermbelaestigung abends ( 02/19 ). strand fusslaeufig 5 minuten mit viel lava und steinen, aber das ist ueberall so in teneriffa. alles in allem eine guenstige alternative fuer leute, die keinen luxus anspruch haben und kleine fehler uebersehen koennen.

Senge lidt hårde, et lidt større tv ville være godt. God lejlighed med dejlig meget plads og godt med skabsplads. Dejligt med hynder til stolene på altanen. Lokalområdet mangler et ordenligt stort supermarked.

CON LO CUAL, DICHA PERSONA TUVO QUE PERMANECER MAS DE LO DESEADO EN EL APARTAMENTO. SUBIR Y BAJAR 17 ESCALONES PARA UNA PERSONA EN ESAS CIRCUNSTANCIAS, ES ALGO MUY COMPLICADO Y DOLOROSO. Camera grande e accogliente. Vista sul mare.

La camera è grande e accogliente, dotata di tutte le cose essenziali. La camera da letto è piccola, ma compresa di armadio, lenzuola, cuscini. Il bagno ha la vasca, il bidet, un grosso lavandino, il phon indispensabile e l'acqua è calda, fin troppo, la prima volta che l'ho aperta, mi sono ustionata, c'è la carta igienica, ma non ci sono le classiche minidosi si shampoo e bagnoschiuma. C'è un corridoio con uno specchio e un'altro armadio, dotato di cassaforte, scopa, paletta, asse e ferro da stiro. La cucina è molto bella, da una parte c'è la cucina, dotata di tutto il necessario, pentole, piatti, stoviglie,come extra abbiamo trovato il detersivo per i piatti. C'è il frigo, il forno, il tostapane, il bollitore per l'acqua, non c'è il microonde. Nella sala ci sono altri 2 letti, di cui uno utilizzato come divano, più un divano, con un tavolino, poltroncine in vimini e sedie da utilizzare per l'altro tavolo dove si può mangiare, anche se non abbiamo utilizzato solo il tavolo sul terrazzo, con vista mare. Il terrazzo è dotato di stendino e bacinella. Sotto casa c'è il supermercato molto fornito, ristoranti, bar e pasticcerie, non mancano. A circa 300mt c'è la spiaggia di sabbia nera, unica pecca che è in discesa e la salita è ripida... L'uscita più comoda per raggiungerla è la 81. A differenza di spiagge vicino, la zona in cui è situato non è caotica per nulla e si dorme davvero in pace. Le pulizie vengono fatte in tarda mattinata un giorno si e uno no, con cambio asciugamani.

Dejlig udsigt fra værelse

Vi boede på værelse 34. Skøn udsigt fra stue og balkon. Var der i 14 dage. Perfekt udgangspunkt for at udforske øen i bil. Rolig by. Man bliver lidt træt af springvands lyden de tænder kl 8.30 og slukker kl 22. Det var lige nedenfor balkonen. Senge i soveværelset var lidt hårde men fixede det med et par tæpper.

Larm om natten men skøn pool lige ved lejligheden

Stor dejlig lejlighed og skøn pool lige bag ved lejligheden. Den store pool ved selve hotellet var ren og i orden men meget salt. Toilettet kunne næsten ikke trække ud og der var meget larm om natten. Larmen der vækkede os hver nat, efter midnat, var personalet fra den nærliggende restaurant Casa Maria, der syntes de skulle smide flasker i flaskecontaineren lige nedenfor vores vindue mens de røg sig en smøg. Dejlig lejlighed med komfortable møbler.

Schöne Appartements in Strandnähe.

Es war unser erster Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt doch noch genießen. Erst funktionierte das WLAN nicht, aber am zweiten Tag wurde es dann wohl repariert. Es war jedoch unglaublich langsam. So etwas hatte ich noch niemals erlebt. Dann mussten wir erfahren, dass Satellitenfernsehen nicht heißt, das man deutsches TV hat. Es gab nur spanische Programme und Eurosport. Geht ja gar nicht während einer EURO. Es soll nicht heißen, wir fahren zum Fernsehen in den Urlaub, aber in dem kleinen Ort ist abends nicht viel los und wir fahren dort schon seit 5 Jahren hin. Da möchte man vielleicht mal ein wenig deutsches TV sehen. Klappt in anderen Hotels auch. Das Studio selbst war gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Mit Backofen, aber ohne Mikrowelle. Die Betten waren echt übel, wir haben die Matratzen von den Klappbetten auf die Anderen gelegt, dann ging es so leidlich. Es war das erste Hotel mit einer richtigen Bettdecke. Zum Schluss muss ich leider noch von mehreren Kakerlaken berichten. Habe ich in den letzten Jahren auch nicht mehr gesehen. Hier aber schon.

Überraschend gut für einen Stern

Appartment war super. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sauber und auf jeden Fall groß genug. Möblierter Balkon. Betten konnte man getrennt stehen lassen oder zusammenschieben, da sie Rollen haben. Sind nach ner weile wieder etwas auseinandergerückt. Vielleicht hätte man die Rollen auch feststellen können. Haben da aber nicht weiter nachgeguckt. Wir hatten eine schöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Allerdings sind nicht alle Appartments mit Meerblick. Seife war keine da. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Haben beim Verlassen des Appartments ein Parfum vergessen. Sie haben sich dann auf den Balkon gestellt und uns vor der Abfahrt zurück gerufen. Fanden wir super. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Stor lejlighed der har alt det nødvendige. Stor altan, med skøn udsigt, hvor man hygger sig, dog larmende/generende springvand fra nabo restauranten, som kører fra morgen til aften. Der er et minus og det er også et stort minus, elendige senge, der er en rigtig dårlig madras, hvor fjedrene kan mærkes og så er der hjul på, som ikke kan låses. Lejligheden ligger perfekt i byen, nemt til de forskellige restauranter, hvor man sagtens kan bestille mad med hjem, vi gjorde det nogle gange og det var perfekt.. Alt i alt et dejligt sted.

Genialer Ausblick

Die terasse des Appartements ist toll und der Blick gigantisch. Die Küche hatte gute neue Geräte, und Sie Größe des Apartments ist toll. Die Bettrahmen könnten ne Auffrischung gebrauchen( rollen und quietschen), die Reinigung (4mal die Woche) folgt eigenen Regeln ( der Müll sollte schon alle 2tage geleert werden , ansonsten passt die Preis Leistung sehr gut! Würde wiederkommen;-)

Gut gelegene Anlage

Sehr gut gelegen, die Dünen von Maspalomas sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Zimmer sind verhältnismäßig groß und einigermaßen sauber. Es gibt unterschiedliche Zimmer mit unterschiedlicher Renovierung. Leider fehlen Toaster und Mikrowelle. Apartment verfügt über SAT-TV (kostenlos), was leider nicht selbstverständlich ist. Es stehen ausreichend gebührenfreie Parkplätze vor dem Hotel zur Verfügung.

Spacious but could do with a fan

We had a 2 bedroom apartment with an upstairs lounge and downstairs bedrooms. The amount of stairs to get into the apartment would be an issue if you were less mobile. It was august and we felt that we had to keep windows closed for security but there was no ceiling fans. The apartment was clean but worn. The beds were clean and comfortable enough. Plenty of storage for clothes etc and a safe in room. Kitchen had all we needed.
