"The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were really nice. The staff was great. There was construction in the lobby that was affecting being able to enjoy the lobby. I was charged for a full breakfast when the breakfast was not being offered to its fullest capacity due to construction. It made me feel like customer service was lacking and I never sought breakfast at the hotel again. Other than the construction issues and mediocre service during that time the hotel is lovely. "

"Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, room was lovely, spacious. Overall we had a wonderful stay at Capella. One area for improvement we would suggest is the quality of the breakfast buffet, some of the food were cold and some the pastries were undercooked.
