"The hotel stay was great with family. The food was great. Good activities for the kids - loved the bowling, water park and kids play area. Also loved the wide open spaces for the kids to be up and about.
These were my sour points though:
1. The rooms and restaurants were very hot because the AC was not working during my stay. The heat without the AC also resulted in very moldy smell in the room and other parts of the hotel
2. The servers only come around about 3 times after which you don’t see...

"We had an outstanding stay at Excellence Oyster Bay. The rooms were kept immaculately clean and well stocked. Staff went above and beyond in their helpfulness and kindness. There is something for everyone. Lots of beach. Plenty of shaded chairs and cabanas. Spacious pools with lounge chairs and swim-up bars. "This is truly a 5 star resort, from the clean facilities, excellent staff, excellent amenities, beautiful pools, beaches and flowrider to the excellent choices of food.
Comfortable room, beautiful ocean view and elevators on every building (so good for wheel chair access). Great night entertainment and top class video game room with about 25 video games including x-box. Great for families or couples. Water slide, kids splash park and all pools are 4 feet or less in depth. I love this resort...

"This place is outdated. The ceiling was falling in everywhere. They barely had places open to eat throughout the day. It was to just ok food with cheap liquor. I expected more for what they cost compared to other all inclusive I have stayed at."

"Our experience was in sharp contrast to the majority of positive reviews. The hotel was tired and dated with serious maintenance and deep cleaning needed. There were cockroaches in bathroom and feral cats wandering the halls. Guest services were rude and unhelpful, the staff in the restaurants were friendly but incompetent.
