"1.FRANDA ILUSTRISIMO(security supervisor),she give us a very rude behavior,refuses to provide a solution when we I asked an IR about the vehicular incident that happened!she didn't to ask if my child is ok inside the car. Instead shes asking me "with a rude voice"for my DR,OR and CR!

The property is however can be 3-4☆ at best but is TRY-ing hard. Ground and rooms are vrry clean 5☆. The 50meter wide Beach 1☆ access needs daily maintenance. Food mediocre 3☆. Some fees are not necessary (lost towel fee 25$- really?) Complimentary game room not really 'free'.
As said, big pat on back to hard working staff but some policies can be better. Look forward to future visit and hope to see further improvements. Thank you PB staff for your warm welcome...

"Clean room. Beautiful ocean view. Delicious breakfast buffet with different selections every morning. Front desk and lobby staff were very courteous and friendly. Pool and beach are maintained daily; you can see them working hard from the balcony every morning. Would definitely recommend and return to this hotel! AJ was super friendly. Wish our stay was longer!"
