"the free upgrade was very much appreciated All the staff were amazing the free drinks and packet of chocs in the room were a welcome surprise especially as it was a birthday break .
However the meal in the attached restaurant was disappointing both taste and cost wise the and the drinks were too expensive "

"Check in and out was quick and easy with friendly reception.
All the staff were excellent, especially the ladies serving the evening meal. They all seemed happy in their work, and a credit to your company.
The room was good, the bed massive, and the shower powerful.
Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice from cereals, fruit and cooked food. One of the best we’ve had. The evening meal was also very good, great choice, quickly served and a reasonable price
Overall, very happy. "
