"Wow!!!! This place is a must stay. What great hospitality and place to recharge after travel. The concierge person, Viral Madhusankha, and manager on duty, Jainulabdeen Ramsheed, worked diligently to clear up a miscommunication/confusion about the complimentary city tour and arranged transport for me! "Arrived late after a long day flying. Check in was as swift as it could be and we were soon in our room. Clean and cool with comfy beds, toiletries available, water, etc. what more could you need for a stay between flights? Breakfast was delicious, plenty to choose from. But oddly tea was not readily available though they brewed a pot when I asked. The staff are all so lovely and extremely helpful and friendly. Laying by the pool is bliss (still here!) and they’ve given us a complimentary late...
