"Always a great time! They upgraded us to a nicer room when we got there! Between the food, bar, casino, swimming pool and hot tub, it's a great place to stay! Highly recommend"

"The hotel has major A/C issues. We had to change rooms 3 times until we were offered one that was cooler than the other two. We read reviews later that the A/C is centrally controlled and was not working at all. They claimed they were trying to fix it, but it seems like a regular excuse. The room was 80 degrees and cooled to 78 in the morning. TVs do not work consistently, and one of the rooms' showers had issues and no soap."
