"My room smelled like body odor when I arrived. My room key never worked right for the parking garage and they say parking height is 6’11” but really after the first few garage levels, it’s 6’8” clearance.
I give it 4 stars. Still a pretty nice stay."

"Lobby coffee would be really great. The Powder creamer in the room is just gross. So if nothing else, use liquid creamer in the room if lobby coffee isn’t an option. Otherwise we always enjoy our stay! Staff is top notch!"

"Overall the staff was nice, the room was very quiet, and the bed was one of the best we’ve stayed in at a hotel. Our shower did have quite a bit of black mold unfortunately, and the on-site restaurant was really bad. The food we received was stone cold both times we went and the restaurant itself had no heat during our stay."

"I booked here because of the sauna and the hot tubs. The sauna was broken. The hot tubs had bunches of hair floating in the tubs, not to mention there was a large pile of what felt like sand in the hot tub and when ya looked up there is obvious signs of mold damage with rusty pipes. The elevators are a trip. Historically, cool building, but as far as luxury, not so much."

"I loved riding the bikes that were available to rent through the city with my friend. The only issue was that two of the three bikes could have used air in their back tires!
Bobby, the Restaurant Manager, and Ocean, the front desk receptionist, were easpecialy helpful!"
