"Wonderful staff, great breakfast, and clean rooms as always "

"I stayed here on two separate nights. First night was fine, room clean but there was loud banging that shook my room until after 11:30pm. My second room smelled so badly of body odor. Even after they came back to the room to spray air freshener it did not go away. It was either in the furniture or carpets it was so strong and offensive an odor. Completely unacceptable. Would not stay here again between the noise and bad odors. The hotel is next to an In n Out and the customers block the only entrance and exit to the hotel. It’s super inconvenient to have to wait and the customers will not move to let you into the only lane that goes to the hotel."

"All was good. Breakfast was, meh. $50.00 deposit upon check-in was not expected and confusing. Staff was very accommodating. Parking was great. Facility is clean."

"This was a very nice stay. Everything was clean and well maintained, plus the free parking is nice. However, the property advertises a full, hot, chef-prepared breakfast as a main draw, but what they actually have is identical to a continental breakfast at a chain hotel, so that was a little disappointing."

"Only seen the one staff at the front desk when first checking in. After all paperwork signed, payed online for reservation to get online pricing prior to check-in. The staff sitting behind the desk, stood up, held out his hand and told me now he needed my credit card. WTH! They required one for the $150.00 deposit! Never once did I read on their site about needing to have a credit card submitted and left on file until check-out then you should be fully refunded in approximately 24-48 business hours. They didn't have an ice machine around. Cold drinks machine, even had an out of order sign across the front of it, both days I stayed. Website shows that they have a pool. SMH they failed to mention it doesn't even open til June 1st.. wow"

"Overall an excellent stay , was disappointed that the hot tub was closed. The hot tub was the main reason I booked that hotel , really wanted to relax in the hot tub after a day of hiking at Silver Falls ."

"In the bathroom, the hook behind the door was near the top. I couldn’t reach it. It really needs to be lowered. Otherwise, it was fine."
