"I was given an "upgrade" from a two-queen room to a king suite with a king bed and a fold-out bed. I was told blankets and pillows would be delivered so the fold-out would be usable, which, by the way, would require moving furniture to do so. I followed up on blankets/pillows three times, and finally, at midnight, I gave up. The "upgrade" was a lie, and I ended up paying over $400 for a space that was, for all intents and purposes, unusable. Add to that the fact that the entire lobby looked like...

"Stayed here twice, both times on weekdays. Rooms are nice, staff is excellent and casino was fun. My only gripe would be no food options for late night people like me. "

"1. The value was terrible (cost vs worth)
2. The quality of the hotel was poor and many things in the room did not meet basic standards like the shower door on able to close for several inches
3. The area did not feel safe
4. Noise isolation was very poor ... could easy hear conversations outside the room, outside the hotel, next room over , etc
5. I'd never stay there again even for $50
6. Just felt like an old construction with a few makeovers. "
