"Oh this hotel was PERFECT for attending the con at the convention center! Literally less than 5 minutes walking. The property is stunning with lots of neat art to look at, and to use a backdrops for photos. I LOVED it! The rooms are spacious and beautiful. There was construction going on on my side and I never heard a peep. Just wonderful."

"Everything at the Kimpton was fantastic! The pool was great, the gym access was convenient, and the free coffee bar was amazing. There are no complaints about my stay. The only concern I have was that I was charged for a beverage from the mini bar in my room even though myself nor my roommates took anything. "I have been staying here a few years. I think some of the areas are a little rundown. Staff is not as attentive as before. I also was plagued by mosquitoes in my room and I didn’t leave any doors open. I left a day early."

"We stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing.
The problems started at check-in. The front desk staff was rude, and we had to wait about 40 minutes because of an issue in their system. We were exhausted after traveling and had a small child who was tired and ready to sleep.
From the beginning, the hotel did not want to give us the room type we had booked through Expedia. The listing showed a room with a balcony, and that was the room I reserved....
