"Overall it was a good option and would go back. A few things to note. If you’re in a low floor in the Palm Tower you can use the stairs. Elevator services rooms, restaurant and car park and takes forever to arrive. No recycling whatsoever. And no concern of staff “just throw the plastic bottles in the garbage”. They leave 6 new bottles in your room every day and despite the efforts to protect the waterways, mangroves, sea life all around. The hotel is not on board with sustainability practices, ...

"Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant stay for us. The bathroom was not in good condition, and the TV was not working during our visit. The front desk staff were very kind and genuinely tried to help by finding us another room, but unfortunately they were unable to accommodate the change. We appreciate their effort and customer service, but overall this was the hotel where we felt the least comfortable and where we wanted to spend the least amount of time. "Apartment was nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. Location was great! Pool was fabulous, we almost had it to ourselves every day. Staff was very helpful when we needed something. Lots of walking space for your pet. Felt like a very safe community. My only complaint was that the carpet/flooring needs to be updated, and a fresh coat of paint would give it another star in my rating.
