"Vincenzo and the other front desk staff as well as the restaurant staff, were excellent! We had a wonderful time in Bolzano and the Stadt hotel Citta made it a memorable stay. We enjoyed having cocktails every evening on the square. We would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Schönes Hotel, sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Alles im Zentrum fußläufig gut erreichbar. Inkludierte Bozen Card bietet zusätzliche Vergünstigungen und kostenlose ÖPNV Nutzung. Parkhaus gut zu Fuß erreichbar, würden nicht mehr vor dem Hotel entladen, um Fahrt durch Fußgängerzone zu vermeiden. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay here. Staff at the reception, bar and restaurant were outstanding. The breakfast and dinner were both generous and had a wide selection. The ski storage area and the easy access to the lift were fantastic. The only two things that could be improved are the wine selection in the bar and raising the temperature a bit in the outside warm pool"

"We had a wonderful stay overall—the hotel was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable in so many ways. The only issue we experienced was when I got locked out and needed a key. At that time, there was no one at the front desk. I noticed the on-duty staff member sitting in the restaurant just next to the lobby, but instead of helping right away, she asked me to wait. My family and I had to sit in the lobby for about 10 minutes until she finished her food or drink. She eventually came over, but only...

El unico problema es que en la descripcion ocultan algo importante: Al costado hay un edificio en construccion, osea que en ese maravilloso jacuzzi que ponen en la foto no tienes intimidad. Tampoco ponen del ruido durante el dia. Solamente una semana antes del viaje mandan un mail pidiendo disculpa por los inconvenientes del ruido, estando el viaje ya muy de antemano programado y pagado. Creo que por las molestias...

"Friendly staff, everything was spotless. We had the Braeburn suite and it had a lovely view of the valley and mountains. The room had a sauna which my husband really enjoyed.
