"Sink was broken and plugged, door lock was broken, carpet was stained in several places, beds were disgusting, and very worn. Hotel Lobby stunk like air freshener, almost too strong to handle, hallways had trash in them. We ended up leaving without reimbursement and stayed in the hotel next to it. "

"3 pillows on each queen bed for 4 adults….not enough. And then when we call for more there are no more :( disappointed. Tv had very limited options. Sheets were eh. I’ve stayed at begged la quintas so I had high expectations but was slightly let down. Overall not bad, just not what I was expecting. "

"The room was clean but I was missing toilet paper in one. Not a good scenario when you have to do more then just urinate. The other room was missing tissues. When I called the front desk it took about 4 minutes to answer"

"The hotel is in a downtown location and you have to pay nightly for parking in their gated
lot. There are bars and some restaurants within walking distance, but I would not consider them family friendly. The room was clean, but there were things that I personally missed, like a magnifying mirror, a removable shower head and a safe to secure some items. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was secure in that you had to have your key card to get in the building and up the elevators. "
