"Location was okay. Greeter was friendly. Room was old, carpet was old. Bed was fine; I slept well. Bathroom had good soap/shampoo. Sink was clogged; very slow to drain out. Saw 2 roaches in the room."

"Terrible…absolutely terrible customer service. I requested changes to my reservation nearly a month before my stay and they “never received it” even though I showed them screen shots of the conversation. Felt like all they cared about was your money, not you. Will never stay here again and I’m making sure all my colleagues know how terrible this location is."

"I was supposed to check in at 4:00pm. I get a a call to check in my room until after 10:00pm. Once I was able to check in staff could not guarantee that my room would be clean. After checking in and inspecting that room was clean enough to staff the night, I was denied more towels as 4 people were in one room and we only had 3 towels. If at was to check out of a room 6 hours late I would be charged for any additional day. I feel my room should be comp and I should receive a free staff if I ever decided to return to this hotel, which is highly unlikely due to the service and my experience."

"The front desk clerk working 04/18/26 at 3:30 PM seemed disinterested in welcoming me to the hotel. He was just matter-of-fact. No pleasantries. He did, to his credit, let me know that the elevator near the front of the hotel was not working, and I would need to drive around to the back to use Entrance ‘C’ elevator. This elevator was functional, but rather utilitarian. Not pleasant looking. The room itself was clean and served its purpose. When I went to sleep that evening, I did notice that the AC unit wasn’t cooling properly. Maybe this is my fault, but I don’t think this is something that should work the way it ended up working. The AC unit kept shutting off after a few minutes, even though the room temp was warmer than the temp I had set on the AC unit. I then realized that the inside curtain length was too long, and was hovering just above the AC vent, which wasn’t allowing the air to circulate thru the room, and would cause the AC to shut off. The following morning, despite me having the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, at 9:45 AM, the Housekeeping Staff still knocked on my door asking if they could provide Housekeeping. The place is ok if you just need it for an overnight stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a multi-night stay. "
