"Das Personal war sehr freundlich, jedoch ist neben dem Hotel eine Diskothek, wodurch man die ganze Nacht von lauter Musik gestört wurde. Des Weiteren hatte ich kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Alles war nur mäßig sauber und die Duschen haben viele Schimmelflecken aufgezeigt. "

"We spent 7 days early March and had an outstanding experience. The food was terrific both breakfast and dinner. Our room was always clean and comfortable. The ski storage room was very helpful. The location to everything in Ortisei is extremely easy to access. Our group definitely were all pleased with our decision to stay here. The dining staff we could not quite figure out if they disliked us or avoided us but we thanked them for taking such good care of us throughout the week. The final bill...

"Staff has excellent dealing but place is much more pricey than other competitive hotels. We stayed in cortina for two days before we stayed here and that place was much roomier and more amenities but half the price. "

"The place was ok. Clean, older, and Ok. The bathrooms had liquid soap and shampoo in a packet and we only received one of them for 2 people. No face clothes, but that is typical for Europe. The beds were low as there is no box spring. No top sheet, just a duvet cover which stinks, but typical now a days. No elevator. The breakfast was also just ok, maybe a 7 on a 1 to 10 scale. Thet offered minimal fresh fruit, a couple cheeses and runny eggs. There were a few donuts, bread and croissants....
