"The breakfast staff didn’t keep silverware available one day. No milk another day. No real cream for the coffee.
Our suite had a nice couch, but no table. The Oaks is in wine country and used to have real glasses in the rooms. No more."

"Wasn’t all that impressed with this Best Western. Would have been nice to have an interior room overlooking the pool instead of a parking lot. The cleaning products used in the room were overly fragranced probably to cover up the smell of pet urine."

Unfortunately I did not catch his name, but you should now that, when we checked in on the afternoon of Sunday, June 7 (perhaps you can identify him with that information) the young man (with the neatly trimmed beard--more identifying info.) in charge of the reception desk was very friendly, helpful and professional.
