"Just a dirty property. Sheets were stained and had hair on them which weren’t mine. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a smoke free room. Front desk is rude. They don’t say hi just stare at you. When checking out I was supposed to receive my deposit of 80. But they only gave me 50 even tho there staff said I would receive my full deposit once I check out. Also the hotel isn’t near anything and cost more than hotel in KL with better amenities. Just go somewhere else. "

"The hotel cleanliness very bad. (Dusty & “kepam smells”). My sister‘s room sink was broken, no foot pad (lapik kaki), tv remote not function.
Pool ok for kids. Nice beach view..
No receptionist at 6am to check out. Difficult to me ths morning.
Overall my trip ok.
*advice to hotel- please do housekeeping and check the room bfore handover key to guest.
