"Stay was underwhelming because of mismanagement by staff and some basic stuff missing from room- toilet roll, sufficient # towels, non-working dryer Room had a tiny balcony which shouldn't be categorised as balcony room. View to fort was hindered by tim shade from the opposite plot Good things: Food "

"Made to feel very welcome from arrival through to departure. Everything was brilliant. Lovely spacious room , good nights sleep. Breakfast was really fresh and great quality with plenty of choices. Excellent evening meal were enjoyed with amazing view across to fort. Advice and tour particularly the camel trip was brilliant and we really enjoyed the trip arranged for us by the hotel and riding camels in the desert and meeting fellow travellers. "This hotel was incredible. The room was a comfortable size, beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were so comfy. They decorated it in rose petals and balloons for my birthday as a driving surprise ( after my partner asked them) The outside of the building was so intricately decorated in carved sandstone. The venue was very safe, and the safari ride to the desert, and camel ride in the desert was fun too. "
