On the day we changed rooms, your staff assigned us a room that had not been checked out by the previous guest. This is an extremely unacceptable mistake. When we opened the door, we realized it was still occupied. This is not only shocking but also a major security and privacy breach. What if the guest had been inside? How could such a basic and irresponsible error happen in a hotel of your standard?"

"Perfect location, so many shopping and dining options just downstairs. Conveniently located between 2 subway stations. Room was a little small but super clean. Hotel lobby was well equipped with coffee/tea and shower necessities. Staff were friendly and helpful as well. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Hotel located very near to Airport Bus Stop. Very convenient and there are many restaurants nearby. Hotel is clean and they have a water dispenser machine in every floor so we can fill up our water anytime. "
