"Great location for walking distance to the ArenA or AFAS Live. Metro/train stations very close by. Only issues were noise, the doors being quite heavy caused a lot of slamming noises at night, including the doors to the stairwells which were often in use because the elevators were having issues. The staff member who greeted us was very friendly and nice. There isn’t much else around the area in terms of dining or otherwise because it’s outside the central area but it was worth it for us to avoid...

"Good staff and good restaurant breakfast. Could never get room warm enough despite thermostat and help from staff. Heater recommended was in a corner and too heavy to move. Not enough room in the place for both me and the heater! Tiny bathroom left hardly any place to put toiletries and faucet kept wetting the tiny counter. No place to hang wet towels. Coffee maker was good. No phone in the room to call front desk."

"This is a nice hotel right across from the arena. Room are a good size and washroom has separate shower and toilet areas. Our reason for 4 stars is that you had to do self check in and the young staff were not very helpful. We had to keep asking for help because the information was in Dutch and we felt like we were putting them out. You think they’d have stayed with us until we were done."

"Such a lovely hotel, fab area super close to shops and restaurants but on a quiet pretty road. Beautiful room the bath was fab and everything was super clean. The staff were amazing super welcoming & helpful. The only thing is the balcony’s could be separated a bit better, maybe a screen. Loved the rituals products in the bathroom. Was a perfect home from home I will definitely stay here again. Ohh my fave part was the cat that lives there and the trees and view from the balcony was super...

"Das Hotel ist für zwei Übernachtungen in Ordnung, allerdings mit Abstrichen. Leider gab es im Epicroom + keine Ablagefläche und der Platz ist wirklich sehr sparsam. Für eine ganze Woche würden wir das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel buchen."
