"I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected. No effort was made whatsoever to help guests except the easy response of saying a sharp "NO" with a stuck-up face. Finally passed the check-in time, 3 pm, but my room was still not ready. I told...

"Check in was a breeze. Advertisement for rooms - the pictures aren't exactly accurate. I have no complaints since I only stayed 1 night. There's an old cigarette smoke odor in my room. Building could use a little TLC. Other than that it's great for the night and the price."

"Wanted to thank the staff that were there the night we checked in. We had spent a long day at the hospital and my dad couldn't get the tv to work. A young man on the staff came upstairs and was patient and got it up and running. The kindness after a long couple of weeks was appreciated!"

"The property was well kept, the staff was friendly and eager to help. The rooms were nice and clean and I had a pleasant quiet stay. Although the location leaves a little to be desired, it's in a busy area but offers the conveniency. Therefore I would consider revisiting."
