"Staff were not friendly and we felt uncomfortable at check-in and asking questions during our 2 night stay. Buffet breakfast was good.
We knew it was an Ibis budget hotel but there is no privacy for anyone in the room to go to the bathroom or shower. Barely enough room for carry-on sized luggage. I would not recommend for anyone travelling with full sized luggage."

"Small hotel connected to a great restaurant. All staff very friendly and multi lingual. Able to leave bags at reception. Beautiful terrace and garden restaurant - hotel residents get a discount. Amazing location right next to Piazza Vecchia. Superior rooms basic but adequate."

"Location was good.
The bed was unfortunately so uncomfortable, we both woke up with bad backs. Would say it needs a new mattress. No tv or air-conditioning so did get hot in the room."

"There is no elevator and our room was on the third floor. One of the staff brought our luggage upstairs however next day we had a train in the morning for Como. Staff outright said there will be no one in the morning until 9 or 10 am to help bring down luggage. There is no taxi available and she insisted we take the bus to train station which was about 9 km .
It was very frustrating as we are senior citizens.
After a lot of back and forth she agreed to arrange and she did. The taxi driver...

"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The spoke English which was helpful since we don't speak Italian. They had drinks available in the lobby for purchase and maps showed us where our location was on the map. Very helpful.Hotel is cute and charming basic, clean, there was a little wear visible around the bathroom trim but minimal. Hotel is in an excellent location near a store that sells groceries, clothing and other items. Near many restaurants and shops. A 5 minute walk from the lake....
