"It was an okay stay. I wont be staying again though. We were on the 28th floor and the aircon stopped working, the room got to 27c! We couldnt sleep. We told the staff and they didnt really seem to care or want to do anything about it. Theres no seating in the lobby, so couldnt rest with our bags. Staff were meh. Only good thing was there is a Lawsons connected to the lobby..."

"値段がリーズナブルなのに客室が清潔で､浴室とトイレもわかれていて使いやすく､感動しました！受付の方の対応もよかったです。一階にウェルカムドリンクがあったのも嬉しかったです。5人で使いましたが、そこまで狭い感じはしませんでした。なんば駅や道頓堀からも徒歩で近くて便利でした。その土地柄なのでしょうがないとは思いますが､夜中の暴走族のような車やバイクの音が少し気になりました､､､あとは､パジャマの貸し出しはないので､持っていく必要があります。"

"The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. We sent our luggage here and it was handled well by the staff. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were wonderful."

"It’s a pretty small room and not ideal for most people traveling with partners. They have larger rooms but I’m not sure how they are.
But for Osaka, it’s a really cheap hotel. It’s also in a great location by the Dōbutsuenmae subway station allowing you to get to Tennōji station quickly.
The staff is really nice and they try to help you out when you need it!"
