The staff at the reception was really nice. On our first night (3rd floor) we heard a lot of noise from above (like a cat or something). We couldn’t sleep at all but thanks to the staff we could move to the 2nd floor. Everything else was okey…you have a little Night market nearby. We always paid for the transport to the ao nang beach.

One Person Stay; Jan 2025

Easy check-in, the martial arts arena makes a lot of noise on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, AC was volatile providing unstable temperatures. Other than that it’s located a little out of the cultural hubs, so be prepared to walk a little. Access card to the hotel is used when the reception closes. This stopped working and left me locked out with no emergency contacts answering their phone. Poor solutions to this.

Vi bodde her i 5 netter og forstår ikke kritikken dette hotellet har fått online. Det var veldig rene rom, og roomservice hver dag hvor vi fikk nye håndklær, vann ol. Det var også gratis å låne håndklær for å ta med til strand og basseng. Personalet var særdeles hyggelig og behjelpelig, og til stede selv etter resepsjonens originale stengetid. Beliggenheten er bra, med omtrent 7 minutt gange til 7/11 og ao nang night market. Det eneste som drar ned anmeldelsen er at hotellet ligger ved siden av en kampsport-stadion, så det er litt bråkete noen kvelder (men ikke alle kvelder!). Dette var ikke et særlig problem for oss ettersom vi ofte spise middag og var ute sent uansett. Kan anbefale å booke dette hotellet på det varmeste!

Ich habe das Hotel nie besucht da ich nach 20:00 gebucht hatte und der check in endet um 20:00. Ich konnte niemanden erreichen und stornieren schon gar nicht. Ich finde es nicht Ok, dass es möglich ist eine Unterkunft zu buchen bei der man gar nicht mehr einchecken kann. Bitte um eine möglichkeit zur Stornierung

Upon arrival the hotel is nothing like how it appears in the photos, it's run down and dirty. There are used towels and laundry strewn about the hotel lobby area and stairs (no lift). The hotel staff leave for the night around 7pm and return only in the morning so there is no one to bring concerns to or go to for help. The room was filthy and stank of sewage coming up from the drain. There were bugs, old hair, stains on the rug and bedding, mildew, and the comforter even had mold growing on it. The bedroom only has two outlets and so far away from the beds. The hotel advertises free WiFi but the WiFi is ONLY in the lobby so all the guests cram in there on wooden benches and they have no AC but leave the doors and windows open so once again, dirt and animals. NO security. We paid extra through Expedia for the "breakfast" but staff did not want to give it to us because they said we did not. We didn't want to eat it after seeing it anyway, dirty food cubicles and only old cereal, bread and over ripe watermelon pieces. Coffee was instant only and after trying the hot water receptor dead ants came out of it on 3 separate tries. Absolutely horrible experience.

Nicht emfehlenswert und überteuert

Die Lage ist etwa 10 min zu Fuß vom nächsten Strand entfernt. Das Hotel ähnelt einer Jugendherberge. Ziemlich heruntergekommen und sauber ist etwas anderes. Die Fliesen im Bad und die Toilette waren völlig verdreckt und gelblich bedeckt. Es gab kein Toilettenpapier. Der Balkon gleicht einer Abstellkammer (ca.1,50 m x 1,50m) ohne ledigliche Sitzgelegenheit oder etwas um nasse Wäsche aufzuhängen. Das Inventar ist veraltet und bhat auch längere Zeit kein Staubtuch gesehen. Alles in einem ist Preis-Leistungsverhältnis verglichen zu anderen Hotels ( ich war in 7 Hotels während meines Thailandsaufenthalts) überteuert. Für 5-10 € mehr am Tag bekommt man in Thailand super schöne Hotelzimmer mit besserer Lage. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Das einzig positive war das Personal, wie immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit in Thailand.

Der var mildt sagt ikke meget hjælp at hente da vi ankom om aftenen efter en lang rejsedag, og havde brug for hjælp til at finde mad. ham som passede disken havde travlt med at spille pool med en ven, og ryge cigaretter indendørs (Der måtte ikke ryges på hotellet. Der kunne ikke ringes efter en tuk tuk eller på anden måde arrangeres noget. Så vi måtte selv på udkig. Værelserne var gamle og i dårlig stand, og der lugtede ikke rent. Hotellet levede på ingen måder op til billederne. Det eneste forsonende var at vi kunne se gratis thaiboksning fra taget.

Fick intryck av att hotellet skulle vara i betydligt bättre skick, blev faktiskt besviken. * Heltäckningsmattorna i korridorerna är fläckiga och smutsiga. * På vår 6 nätter långa vistelse byttes inte våra lakan en enda gång. * Toalettpapper fylldes ej på, fick gå till receptionen på kvällen som först lämnade ut servetter innan dom hämtade ordentligt papper. * Dörren till balkongen går ej att öppna ordentligt pga att utblåset till AC'n sitter ivägen. * För att ta sig ut till "poolområdet" (som är i dåligt skick!) får man klättra igenom ett fönster. * Biljardbordet är trasigt. * Trasiga soffor i receptionen där man ska kunna sitta och använda wifi tex. Jag skulle inte rekommendera detta hotell.

Preis-Leistung ist gut. Die Zimmer mit Fenstern sind für den Preis gut. Das Hotel braucht etwas bessere ausstattung in den Aufenthaltsräumen. Der Nightmarkt (Essensmarkt) ist ca. 300 Meter entfernt.

Det var fruktansvärt. Dålig städning. I poolen var vattnet helt brunt och i receptionen sa dom att dom hade för få gäster för att kunna rena poolen. Alla fina bilder hos Hotel.com med möblerade sällskapsrum det fanns inga. Alla rum var helt tomma sånär som på rummet närmast poolen, det var fyllt med skräp och cyklar. Frukosten under all kritik. Vi hade betalt för 4 nätter men stannade 1. I receptionen vägrade dom att återbetala.

Die Unterkunft ist fern ab vom Schuss, liegt aber relativ nah am Strand. Bis zum Aaonang Strand sind es 3km. Sowohl die Ankunft als auch die Abreise liefen beinahe wortlos ab. Weder eine freundliche Begrüßung, noch eine schöne Weiterreise gehörten zum Bestandteil unseres Aufenthalts. Die Rezeption war teilweise gar nicht besetzt, so das wir oft keinen Ansprechpartner für unsere Bedürfnisse hatten. Desweiteren buchten wir Frühstück zu unserem Zimmer und zahlten dafür verhältnismäßig viel. Als wir am ersten Morgen unser Frühstück erblickten waren wir geschockt. Da wir die einzigen Gäste waren, gab es kein Buffet sondern fertig angerichtete Teller, die mit Frischhaltefolie überdeckt waren. Dadurch konnten wir nicht einschätzen wie lange das Essen schon so dargelegen hat. Nachdem wir in unserem Müsli Ameisen entdeckten verging uns der Appetit und wir beschwerten uns. Weder die Rezeptionistin noch die Chefin interessierten sich wirklich für diese Unannehmlichkeit. Der einzige Kompromiss der Chefin beruhte darauf eine ungeöffnete Cornflakes Packung an den Tisch zu bringen, mit der Bitte diese genauso wieder zu verschließen. Da das Hotel weder kompetente Ansprechpartner aufweist noch eine gute Lage hat empfehlen wir das Hotel nicht weiter.

First time stay at this hotel. Room was okay only that matters to me that your hotel doesn't provide the water boiler/ kettle to make coffee & tea. Location quiet far inside and need to walk or get the tutuk at the main road. Or if u r lucky u will find the tutuk passby the area.

Epämiellyttävä ja epäsiisti hotelli

Hotelli oli epämiellyttävä. Käytävien lattiamatto todella saastainen ja katossa paljon hämähäkin seittejä. Huoneessa tunkkainen haju. Positiivista hotellissa oli kiva ja siisti uima-allas. Aamiainen vaatimaton, nakkeja, leipää, ananasta ja vesimelonia.
