"Excellent hotel and very friendly staff. Probably the best view in the entire island! We were very surprised at how quiet the hotel was despite being on the pier. Breakfast was disappointing, we require a halal diet which was not available (despite majority of residents of PhiPhi being Muslim!) - we found that there were minimal vegetarian options, but whatever was available was tasty. I would stay here again purely because of the view, rooms and staff"

Everyone else was amazing and I tried to see if it was just me but my friend got the same treatment. So I tried again the next day and again he acted as though I was bothering him to do his job. "The hotel location is absolutely prime. One of the best views I’ve seen throughout the holiday to wake up to. I found that staff were not accommodating at all. They also charged us for a taxi to Tonsai, but when the taxi arrived they also used the taxi to transport gas cylinders and run a hotel errand (I thought this was cheeky since we paid for the private taxi). All in all, the views and the beach more made up for the staff!"

That was very nice since we can lounge on the patio or just jump into the pool. There’s another pool facing the beach so the view is very nice from there.
