Breakfast was disappointing, we require a halal diet which was not available (despite majority of residents of PhiPhi being Muslim!) - we found that there were minimal vegetarian options, but whatever was available was tasty. I would stay here again purely because of the view, rooms and staff"

"Hier hat nichts zu den Fotos gepasst. Wir hatten uns extra für das teuere Hotel entschieden, leider eine Fehlauswahl. Die Anlage ist runtergekommen, die Zimmer ebenso. Realität und Bilder auf den Buchungsplattformen habe nichts miteinander zu tun. Aussendusche und Duschbereich einfach nur alt und auch dreckig. Alle Wege und Böden sehen so aus als hätte man hier Jahre lang nur mit einem Besen gereinigt. Frühstück ganz OK eher auf American Breakfast ausgelegt. Aber auch hier nur altes,...

"Beach is beautiful and easy to catch a boat to town. Rooms are clean and bed is comfy. The food is a little expensive but not crazy. Lots of fish for snorkeling right off beach. Would definitely come back!"

"Amazing from beginning to the end. The housemaid was so important. She went the extra mile folding my clothes an organizing all my belongings. I highly recommended this place to any tourist visiting the Phi Phi islands. The locals in the area were super nice and helpful. Food was wonderful. Overall the experience at this resort was one to remember. I will be booking again on my next trip."

"Fabulous place! Just gorgeous! Food is great! Private beach, Long Beach and snorkeling just a few minutes walk away. Rooms are amazing. The only thing noteworthy was depending on your room location you will hear the long tail boats driving by. But that certainly didn’t ruin it for us! Awesome place!"

"It is a beautiful hotel and has a nice view. But the staff there were not very nice at all. We didn't ask them any more questions. The way from the room to the lobby was very far and we didn't call for a car to come after us. They kept telling us to go outside and it would come right away. We stood there in the heat for a quarter of an hour and a half, but the car didn't come. We went up three more floors to call to see if the car would come. It still didn't come, so we walked. "Breakfast was nice! I didn’t expect it to be included. Staff was nice & helpful. The resort is older maybe the pictures are less recent but I had a nice stay!! Charming place, close to the necessities. "

"This hotel is really excellent. There is a major drawback though. The night clubs are down the beach and whilst there is notice that there will be noise from 9.30-2.30am it is actually until 4am. It is incredibly loud and whilst the bamboo rooms are great to stay in there is no sound proofing so if you are looking for a relaxing stay this is great during the day, but at night it is a real challenge."

"The hotel location is absolutely prime. One of the best views I’ve seen throughout the holiday to wake up to. I found that staff were not accommodating at all. They also charged us for a taxi to Tonsai, but when the taxi arrived they also used the taxi to transport gas cylinders and run a hotel errand (I thought this was cheeky since we paid for the private taxi). All in all, the views and the beach more made up for the staff!"

"Everything was great but the bartender was very off putting, he literally shock his head at me when I ordered a diet coke. Everyone else was amazing and I tried to see if it was just me but my friend got the same treatment. So I tried again the next day and again he acted as though I was bothering him to do his job. I try to be super polite and empathetic to wait staff as someone who has worked in that line of work I know it can be stressful. Anyway I love everything and everyone else at this...

"This was our second stay at this location in 3 yrs. Was excited to come back and was VERY disappointed. Location is awesome - close to the pier and a short walk to all amenities. Staff at this hotel were incredible - very friendly and helpful….the pool was always nice….thats where it ends. Oh and if you love cats, there are plenty!!! Pool bar never had a server (even after ringing a bell 4 times) lots of garbage around the grounds, beds were beyond HARD, like sleeping on concrete, we didn’t...
