"Breakfast was good nothing special but I did like that you could get coffee at any time. The rooms were somewhat clean, they were dusty and when we came down for breakfast, the person that was keeping up with refilling everything and also keeping the area clean was using just a napkin to wipe the tables down, nothing to disinfect the tables and chairs,so that was a little disappointing. But the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful."

"Les photos n’étaient aucunement comme c’était en réalité, les photos ultra moderne ne correspondait aucunement au condo. Le plancher était brisé à plusieurs endroits, sûrement suite à un dégât d’eau et n’a jamais été réparé. Ils ont laissé des serviettes dans la sécheuse. Nous avions une terrasse au condo, et aucune chaises à l’extérieur. Une des table de chevet était tachée par les personnes avant nous… bref décevant pour le prix payer, surtout quand on s’entend à un produit de qualité...

"Booked a Jr Suite on the 9th floor , where the AC was not able to cool the entire room. Notified the staff and they informed that it was due to the shape of the room. The staff was nice but was unable to provide a fan or another room, and was aware of the issue regarding the AC. I managed to let the room cool by propping the door open to allow the hot air to be released and have the AC run on its lowest temperature and highest fan speed.
