"On the Expedia website it lists this property having shuttle service to downtown Nashville and airport shuttle which the hotel does not provide. They have no shuttle at all so if you're needing this accommodation choose another hotel. When asking the hotel they acknowledge it states that on the site but basically did nothing or even help with alternatives or compensate for false advertisement. The breakfast is ok but potatoes each day were mostly hard, eggs dried out, and food needed heated up...

"Chose to pay at property instead of up front online. Check in time of 3pm and the property charged as a cancellation fee of the first nights stay after just an hour and a half past 3pm which seemed odd to me. Upon arriving, the staff was very polite though and assured me I could still continue with my full reservation and I did. "Very dirty. I had a king bed room and instead of the bed being in the middle of the room, it was on one side and there was nothing where another bed would be. There wasn’t anywhere to put my suitcase except on the dirty floor. Stains on the wall. It was gross."

"Room was clean,staffs are nice, breakfast just ok they were good and it’s complimentary. Air conditioning not working so we cannot get a good sleep. We reported it and willing to give us different room. So far it’s ok and affordable."
