"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Swansea. Good choice of breakfast including a welsh breakfast, didnt try this time but will try on next visit. Great sized bedroom. With a choice of bath and shower. Great Molton brown products for bath and shower. Brilliant reception staff who came up to room to check my room key worked."

"Easy to follow directions regarding checkin-check out. My room (2b) was large, with a big bed, and couch at the foot of the bed facing a TV and the floor to ceiling window. There was also a small dining table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with separate shower and bath. Everything worked and was clean. I think good value. The location was perfect, with walkable restaurants and bars close by. "

"My daughter and I spent four nights there in August. Really good selection of food for breakfast. Lovely good sized room. I was pleased to see the soap dispensers in the bathroom which I prefer to the little bottles left in some hotels which are never enough. Our room was only a few doors away from the main rooms where wedding receptions and parties were held every day. Amazingly we couldnt hear it in our room. I loved the location of the hotel. "From the time we stepped into the hotel the receptionist was so helpful and accommodating to the fact we were 3 hrs early . The bar is very relaxing and spacious the staff couldn’t do enough for you . We had an evening meal which was spectacular. And breakfast what a menu beautiful. The staff and accommodations is amazing "
