Staff excellent, bar and restaurant great and served amazing food! Great to have the boot storage outside room and dog shower and bowls etc. easy free parking and ideal
Location for the waterfall walk. Only negative was the size of the shower as no temp control and so very small!
We had a wonderful night stay and the food was fantastic. The rooms were lovely and clean and really modern, but still keeping the historic charm.
Free parking and the perfect location to hike the falls.
Great out of the way Gem, Absolutely Super staff made the stay seam like home ,Food in the restaurant was very well presented and enjoyed it. We had a Curry that was warming and spicey ,
Very clean and tidy room and great location for the waterfals and a couple of nice pubs. Only issue was we both found the mattress uncomfortable. Also the walls are not particularly thick so you can hear some of what's going on in the rooms next door.
Perfect one night stay at Sgwd, lovely welcome from helpful staff. Small but cosy room with everything you need for a short stay. Great location for walking. Best breakfast around, and they cater well for gluten free diets.
We stayed for one night & chose the larger room when we booked so had plenty of space. Loved the decor & ordered the waterfall prints that were in the room when we got home to remind us of the waterfalls. Room did get hot (very warm weather when we stayed) but there was a fan & we probably hadn't got the velux windows open as far as they could go. Booked a table when we booked in & had a very enjoyable evening meal.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The room was cosy and nicely decorated, bed was comfy. However the walls are extremely thin as we could hear people snoring which woke us in the middle of the night and struggled to go back to sleep

The room was well decorated and equipped with all you needed. , even to a convenient little boot cupboard. But the shower cubicle was too small. The parking was a short distance on the roadside and the room was cold. There was no way to adjust the heat in the room. We had to ring up.we enjoyed the food at the restaurant

It was ok. Bathroom smelt of dead bodies. I could hear someone snoring through the wall. Didn’t see a single staff member the whole three days. Room was small but well decorated. Keys are left in a key safe. Nice area. I would stay again as it is cheap for the standard. 6/10
The service was amazing, as was the amazing food and generous portions. The ambience was great too, including the music!
The room was clean and cozy, and the velux windows were a lifesaver at night. Though the area can be a little noisy at night.
Great location if you're planning to do the Four Waterfalls walk.
Comfortable rooms next to a fantastic coffee bar / cafe. Amazing staff, great food in an excellent location. Looking forward Robert returning in the not too distant future.

Very small rooms, with the tiniest of shower.
Ideal for a pitstop. The walls are paper thin, restless sleep due to next rooms snoring.
Very clean and nice buzzy bar.
The tiny Mouldy shower. The hard lumpy uncomfortable Bed. The filthy stained carpet. Every were needs a deep clean and a new mattress.
Not worth the money
We had a lovely overnight stay. The room was small but very well laid out. The small bathroom was very well thought out. My only comment would be that the shower is tiny. I’m a small person but I felt a little claustrophobic in that shower. However I would stay there again as overall everything was lovely.
We had a great 3 night stay. The room is small but the bed is super comfy and there is still plenty of space to move around. Walls are a little thin so you can hear other rooms, music from downstairs or birds outside! Welcome and service was excellent. Only thing would say is with a small room came an even smaller bathroom and the shower felt claustrophobic- could barely turn around in it. We had dinner and breakfast in the bistro downstairs and both meals were outstanding. Parking is just on the road. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you are planning on doing waterfall country!
The welcome was good. Friendly staff in the restaurant welcomed me. The shower was tiny. Not enough room to move around.
If you’re staying for business there is no desk. Breakfast is not available until after 9am and is charged as an extra. Beware!!
