"Very responsive host. Very clean and they are always on top of everything. They even let us rent their car. The unit is very spacious, large living, dining and kitchen. The kitchen is equip like it’s your own home . There is a large patio by the pool and water is crystal clean cause they clean and scrub it everyday. I highly recommend this place. "

"Condo, had no hand towels, had no towel or soap racks in bathroom the lighting was very poor in the bathroom, the tv could never be turned off nor the volume changed. The property said it was on the beach but was a full kilometer away and you had to pay $350 pesos to use the beach, they required you eat their food and drink their drinks, but ran out of beer and menu items. The beach was roped off so you could only swim out about 200’, not a good experience "

"Very nice appt. With 2 bedrooms, one with panoramic ocean view. Living room with large TV Netflix, Youtube Full kitchen La Mirada is at walking distance to the beach, LG garden walk with many restaurants and Mactan Newtown. Thank you the manager of la Mirada Condo is very helpful and nice. We all have a very good vacation!"

"Outdoor Cocina and eating table. Has a fan inside I took outside because it can get hot. Went swimming right from the back stairs. Convienent with plenty of motorcycle parking "

"This is the most luxurious place we have stayed at and the staff was very attentive and friendly. There were a few things that needed to be fixed but it was an over-the-top experience overall. "

"The location is in an elevated setting quite high in the mountain offering guests a clear view of the trees and peak of the mountain range. The owner Dan is pleasant and offers guests a tour of property and shares insights on the surrounding area. The inside of property is neat and organized for guests. If you have children, the local dogs on the property are quite noisy all night (5-7 dogs) and seem to act as a security detail. "
