Feliz Hotel is a beautiful hotel placed in a centralized location close to everything you need from shopping, dining to massages, hair braids and scheduling excursions. The staff at Feliz Hotel are so hospitable. They went above and beyond for us. They attended to all of our needs. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with freshmements and a place to sit while we wait to check in. We met a very attentive host named Chris who helped us with our luggage and checked up on us through out our stay. On our last night he even help set up transportation for our early mornings departure to the airport AND set up breakfast to go packages for us at the front desk. We were locked out of our room one night because the card reader to the door malfunctioned. Four people came to the rescue to make sure we got in our rooms and repaired the card reader. Thank you Feliz Hotel Staff for a memorable vacation and special shout out to Chris for his 5 star customer service.
