and one off; the architectural design fitted the location.
We had a question on the final bill which we did not address until we were home. It was cleared promptly and efficiently by the lady in billing."
"Stayed here on our bicycle ride along the Erie Canalway Trail. It is a short uphill ride from the trail. It has a decent convenience store next door for hydration and snacks. Nearby Domino's Pizza delivers right to the door. Solid breakfast. The room is clean and the bed is comfy."
"The updates to the hotel are great. the rooms are above average size which is awesome. I personally love that there are multiple hooks and shelves to hang items. There was a beside table for the second queen bed. It's like the hotel had heard my complaints from over the years and did it all right here. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. My only slight negative is one of the bed sheets were stained and it just kinda grossed me out. but everythign else was amazing."

"While we didn't stay in the hotel room most of the time, I always look at how dirty or old the carpet, furniture, paint, and bathrooms are. The floor of the tub was chipping, but otherwise no problems! I would definitely stay here again. The staff was so friendly, even just a passing, "Have a great day!""

"Quiet, private, great location nestled in a protected harbor and Lake Champlain; nice swimming area in the Lake as well as a beautiful outdoor pool. Well-maintained golf course, dining options, even a "snack shack." 90 minute "shipwreck" cruise on the Lake was fun (underwater drone utilized to actually show us some of the 200 wrecks that litter the bottom of Lake Champlain).
