The door to our room had been broken. We had to swipe our key literally 50 times every time to get in. Staff was rude when a new key was requested due to the key issue. La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lake George
Our air conditioner didn’t work, and no one could fix it. And we couldn’t mover rooms because it was sold out. We were sweating for most of the time in the hotel room itself.

The unit was clean. Thought the beds were comfortable. Great location across from store. Great having two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Lake Placid Inn Main Street
The floors were dirty upon arrival and we did have an issue with used/ bad body odor smell with the comforter that was on the bed. We called and they arrange to swap it out. Also the pull out couch was broken and not a comfortable couch to lounge on.
