"almost none of the pictures are accurate ; It’s is not one minute away from nanjing rd; it’s about 20 minutes driving. Jade Temple is the only one close (about 5 blocks from it. At the beginning they gave a room with a restroom and shower in a transparent box! You can see through! I had to ask for different room and they tried to charge me for that; finally I didn’t ….be sure you download didi app for taxis it’s a complicated area to ride a taxi."

"The three young ladies at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. I was offered a free room upgrade, but I could hear everything through the vents. The occasional mobile ringtone, the hourly shower or rain water crashing against a hard surface, the chatter from the hallway, and etc. I found loose hairs of different textures on the sheets and blanket. One of the bath towels had red food stains from what looked like hot chili oil. The communal spaces were filthy. The washing machines require you to download an app. Luckily, I was only there for one night."

"Liked the rotating restaurant on the top, great room with nice views. Clean!"

"Everything is good except check in and check out procedure. At check in, staff made mistake. After entering the room, staff called and required us to to go to reception again with our credit card. At check out, staff couldn’t make the transaction go through. After multiple tries, a senior staff helped and found out the original staff made mistake. We were standing at the reception for 20 minutes, without receiving apologies."
