Arranging timely airport tranfers , providing local recommendations. Also, the hotel is perfectly situated from major tourist attractions and tram stations. Lot of eating places nearby. Will stay again if/when visiting Istanbul again."

"Great sized room, comfy bed and excellent location. Perfect for exploring all the sights by foot. Hotel staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent with plenty of options with a breathtaking view. Only slight negative was the duvet was not quite big enough to cover 2 People, a larger duvet or 2 single duvets would have been better. A blanket was provided in the room so this didn't spoil our stay "

"The staff are all amazing, couldn't have asked for or expected more. When we arrived our room had been upgraded to the presidential suite!!! Oh boy what a way to accommodatey disabilities! The rooms were expect for a included pme, fresh and tasty otless and beds very comfortable. Bkfast is good "

"Our go to place to stay whenever we’re in Istanbul (provided the rooms are not sold out). Excellent location do very close to the tram station and the major visiting sites. Their breakfast is among the best in Istanbul with so much variety. Rooms are not large as most others are due to the location but its clean. Great place to stay. "
