The reception crew are not friendly and there is one crew very hard sell the cruise tour, even we said we just arrived here (evening time already) and will consider later after dinner cuz we are tired and hungry, but he very rude said give us 30 mins for consideration and is like if we don’t buy the tour from him, he will be unhappy. After we buy the tour, he just treat us like nothing. Very rude. Then my sis suddenly sick cannot join the cruise tour, we asked if can cancel one pax and get refund. He called and asked, said cannot refund as they have prepared our food (for 6 pax). But when we reach there and ask for one more food (cuz we paid for 6) but the cruise staff said cannot cuz one pax already canceled. Apparently the food is not prepared yet when we asked for cancellation. So we are paying for 6 pax but only get 5 pax of food.

Excellent location, great value for the money
I chose this hotel (and paid for it) over the one that was given to me by Turkish Airlines for the free overnight stay. The location was top notch since it was in the old city and walking distance to the tourist attractions. The compact room was spacious enough and even though it was street level, I didn't really hear the noise while I slept. Very good water pressure in the shower. An excellent breakfast buffet that filled my tummy for the morning tours. I would love to come back and stay longer in Istanbul and I would stay at this hotel.

We had great time staying at Peyk. Walking distance from all attractions and tram. Thumps up to a great breakfast buffet!!! I would definitely stay again at this hotel

Best service in Istanbul
I stayed at 3 different hotels in Istanbul and Peyk Hotel was the best.The young man ,I can't remember his name but he works long hours at the front desk. He is suppurb.Very helpful and seems very honest.
