"Always happy to stay at the Shangri-La. I stay at a lot of hotels around the world and this place has been top of my list for many years. Staff are professional and courteous and the rooms immaculate plus views to die for. Probably the best breakfast spread too. Am looking forward to my next visit in a couple of months time."

I would have stayed here many more times over the past years because of this. Otherwise excellent. Great breakfast nice room, good location. "Absolutely loved the hotel. Had a loto hiccup with the room but the hotel did a great job remedying the issue and all of the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend and I have stayed at a ton of hotels and the staff at the Grand were probably some of the best I have encountered."

"Nice hotel, easy access to tourist hop on hop off bus, right next to Tower of London. Rooms are very nice with either a view of Katherine's Harbor or the Thames. Concierge was very helpful with all requests. I would definayely stay therebagain."

"We had stayed in Jersey previously and were severely let down by the standard of accommodation so we decided to choose something more luxurious and the Grand Jersey Hotel did not disappoint. We were made welcome the instant we stepped through the door and that continued throughout our week stay, we should have booked longer! "Overall the stay was good. FOOD Food was nice, STAFF friendly enough staff although slow at responding and serving reception. FACILITIES The outside pool needs love as a lot of tiles missing leading to being uncomfortable if rubbed against or sat on. Area around pool appears unsafe but don't worry they have put black and yellow tape over the uneven decking so I guess all is good. Not!!!
