"Great check in. Friendly staff. Room was comfortable with good tea and coffee in the room. Free parking. There was also 3 electric car charging points on the car park. The breakfast was also good. I’m a lovely location by the river but only a short walk to the city centre and the races. Would definitely stay again."

"Stayed here overnight after visiting family in Derby , check in and out easy, friendly reception staff. Very clean accomodation , tea, coffee etc, bath with overhead shower, good thick towels the room was quiet cheap overnight at £43 pub/restaurant on site for breakfast and meals, mcdonalds 2 mins walk away. Good very clean comfortable good stay. "

"Great little Inn with delicious Indian food in the pub below. Rooms are spacious with newly renovated bathrooms with rain forest shower and heated towel racks. "

"We had a very good stay at the hotel. Friendly staff happy to help. You arrive colllect you keys from the pub reception. The building is located next to pub. As we entered the building it was clean and fresh . the room was clean the beds were nicely done up the bathroom had fresh smelling towels. No fixtures fittings broken. It also kids play area at the back. We did not have breakfast. The price was reasonable and I would stay here again"
