"The overall stay is good, staff are friendly but 2 things to improve compared to the St. Regis in HK 1). The toilet kept stuck and need to be fixed for 3 times during my stay, its kinda annoying 2). 908 did not get any tidying up services after the first night but 907 did receive such service, that is not very friendly at all Services overall is good and it was a very pleasant stays at St. Regis. The location is convenient, walking distance to Bangsar ,( shuttles also available ) however it’s a bit noisy and busy as it is still a central and busy suburb.
