Nice hotel, good food and service. Fast internet, convenient location close to KLCC, and subterranean train. Remember to go to costumer service at KLCC, present your passport and receive a discount card!!!!

Great room and bed. More than adequate fitness facility. Indoor pool is on top floor, part of SkyBar, where you get stunning view of Petronis Twin Towers at night. Also, nice view of towers from fitness facility.
Didn't eat breakfast buffet.

I lived here for a year and it is now home from home in KL. I couldn't contemplate living anywhere else whenever I return, whether it be for business or leisure. The facilities are excellent and the staff absolutely first rate. Highly recommended.
Clean (both the room and bathroom)
Right across from the Observation deck (KL Menara)
self laundry available in the hotel (although have to buy token cost almost $10 CAD)
a bit far from other places like the twin towers, or the batu cave (although everything is far from batu cave in kuala lumpur)
the front desk employees took a long time to find our booking, it was a last minute booking but they seemed like they are new and had to call in another person to help them even though we were showing them our expedia itinerary number
Hotel itself was great. The only negative was the concierge service. We dropped our luggage off before check-in time and came back to collect a couple hours later. As I was pulling my suitcase to the room I noticed a bottom wheel was missing. Perhaps it was already loose when I dropped it off, but it was definitely there.
The Golden Triangle is comprised of Kuala Lumpur's commercial, shopping, and entertainment hubs located on three roads: Jalan Imbi, Jalan Sultan Ismail, and Jalan Raja Chulan. Within the Triangle, Bukit Bintang is considered to be the supreme shopping district, known for its entertainment and family recreation. The famous Petronas Twin Towers and the Suria KLCC Shopping Mall are in the city centre. Spreading out from the city centre are other destinations--for shopping (Parksons, Marks & Spencer), entertainment (Philharmonic Orchestra Hall), dining (Ampang Area), and business.
