"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"The room was good, the pool was good, not many hotels in central London have access to pool. The pool is used for workouts and classes, I found this fine. Nice outdoor garden area with fish ponds. "Great location both for the subway and for local walking, restaurants, etc. We walked to Kensington Palace, to Harrods and to the Victoria and Albert Museum. Wonderful high end neighborhood. Earls court subway was a large stop with multiple trains. Lovely apartment, daily maid services, dishwasher and wash machine. Our family of 5 adults fit great in the 2 bedroom apartment. Met other families in the halls. "
