"Great breakfast for adults and children. Room was clean and roomy. Only negative was the laundry facilities. Dryer took forever to dry clothes. Ended paying over 800 yen and 4 hrs to wash and dry 2 loads. Recommend that the hotel obtain stacked washer & dryer to accommodate more users"

The room could be improved with more desk space as the TV takes most of the table space and the room is very small. Bed was firm, blinds let a lot of natural light in. "We wish we stayed longer! From entering, everyone was so welcoming and helpful. We stayed 1 night but the room was one of our favourite parts of the entire trip. The rooms were comfortable, lots of space and the open air bath in the room was amazing. If we find our way back to Japan, we will definitely come back. We did not use the other baths in the facility due to us having tattoos but the room was enough. I’m sure they were just as great! "
