"Hotel was located at a very convenient location. Lots of facilities and amenities were available, including breakfast. Great value for money. Was very clean, and most guests I saw appeared to be non foreigners. Unfortunately the lockers were too thin to fit my suitcase so I had to leave it outside near reception alongside many other oversized suitcases from other travellers. Big let down is I sent a message to the property here on Expedia prior to my stay but no one ever responded to the...

"It was fun to have a Japanese style room for once. Also they had free ice cream in a cooler near the elevator. An older property but kept up well. A nice place relatively close to Nijo Castle but be ready with the directions in Japanese if possible."
