“A rather pleasant stay”

I was pleasantly surprised by the service quality of this hotel given what I have previously read from reviews by other travelers. The staff was pleasant, attentive, smiling. When I had a problem where i needed my boarding pass printed, a staff at the receptonist desk, helped me print it from her hotel computer even though they do not have a business center. She has only been there 2 months! (thanks Siti Sarah!). It does appear management does read our reviews have have done something about the service. I do note that this is a 3 star hotel so toiletries are not obligatory. I brought my own so do suggest you do same. There is some racket caused my racers along the road in front but it was rather infrequent so I didn't really notice even though my room faced the sea. If you are a light sleeper, then suggest you book a room away from the sea view. The room I first checked into had 2 twin beds. I called the receptionist and requested a single queen and was obliged pretty quickly. They sent a replacement key up within 3 minutes which was pretty darn quick! The bed wasn't as bad as someone else had described. It wasn't 5 star but I slept well on it. The air con in my room was adequate. I drove my own car so do remember to bring your parking ticket to the reception desk to have it validated before you leave the premises. If you like a nice pub tapas place, check out Eight Lido about 100 meters down the main road. Great sea view! All in one, no complaints!

“Will be back!!”

Overall, it was a pleasant experience tho we don quite happy with the cleanliness of the toilet and the wardrobe was really bad. Perhaps our room was not yet refurbished. Havin the toilet bowl with fixed adjustable water to clean ourselves was a bad invention as it was not necessary and inconvenient. Complimentary parking. 20mins drive to Legoland and Hello Kitty Town. Room service for ordering food was only valid till 10pm.

“Clean and comfortable stay”

i went with my friends and took a family suite. the location of the hotel is near from city square mall and we took a cab there. The room was very clean but lights are dim. It's all with the orange kind of lights so wasn't a bright room. The overall stay was very comfortable and buffet breakfast was included. not much varieties but it was quite alright. The staff was also very helpful and helped us called for a cab when we needed.

“A taste of M Suites stays”

The room is big n spacious. But the sofa n TV set is a bit rundown. Location is a bit of a problem as there's no shops/eateries nearby within walking distance.

“Value for money booked via Wego/Expedia!”

First time and won't be the last. Friendly and very helpful. The room is spacious and convenient. Free Wifi at the lobby and just pay a token Wifi in the room. The basement parking is well lighted and guarded. The fusion breakfast was excellent!

“Room ok.Bathroom needs to be improved.”

Stayed there for a night recently. Our first impression was a good one. Friendly receptionist and got staff helping you to carry your things from the car to the lobby. Entered the room and everything looks ok, is a studio with a pantry and table for your meals. The room is quite spacious and well maintain. Our only down points with the units are the bed and the water tub. I stayed there with my wife and a year old son. We requested for a queen bed instead of twin single beds. But what we got is 2 single beds but it’s been moved side by side to make it looks like a queen bed. So it gives us a problem since our son need to sleep in the middle. The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub. But we can’t use it since it does not have the water stopper. So we only manage to use the rain shower. The bathroom also is a bit run down and need to go through some maintenance. Our room's view is not that ok since it facing the rear of someone house and the 1st floor roof top of the hotel (possibly the dining or kitchen area). For facilities we only used the pool and it was ok and suitable for families.

“Last Choice”

The hotel is not well kept. Rotten off. When you exit the underground parking, you may accidentally hit the in coming car from the entry if not carefully. They should install mirror to avoid this.

“Not Bad At All”

Apart from the TV (poor reception on most channels), my 9 years old girl and myself thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nites stay at M Suites. The pool & it's water slides were enjoyable and the hotel crew, pleasant to dwelt with. Will certainly come again.
